A leadership culture which is geared towards company values and strengths is the basis for self-assurance, pride and a high sense of identity.

My work in the area of Leadership Advisory focuses on the development of business leaders and their teams while targeting company values and strengths.
In this context I have also worked with unconventional methods as we have all experienced the ineffectiveness of standardized and too complex training courses. And they simply cannot be transferred into operational procedures.

But what is especially important for me is: that my work has the greatest possible effect in practical applications. A substantiated scientific background as well as tried and tested methods of organizational development without garbled marketing language and “witchcraft “ but with a healthy dose of common sense all contribute to clear, simple measures which have a positive influence on leadership behaviour. We work together to optimize processes, patterns of behaviour and communication with special attention to team building and development.

Only those things which we can credibly understand will quickly become part of what we can successfully implement. And, in my opinion, this is how things should be.
